Chairman Zhu Shangmin delivered a speech at the welcoming ceremony of new employees, shared the company's development process and development plan, sincerely welcomed new colleagues to join the Guide Lighting family, and hoped that everyone will gather to make concerted efforts for the development of Guide Lighting and be an excellent "guide".

During the training, Director Zhu Hui introduced in detail to the new colleagues the development history of the company, the connotation of corporate culture, the achievements made, and the future development direction, laying the foundation for the new colleagues to start their work as soon as possible.

Li Ting from HR Department acted as the hostess of the welcome activity and warmly welcomed everyone's arrival. The new colleagues who participated in the activity were led by the planning lady to do the Golden Dragon Patting Exercise with music, and thus the atmosphere became more active.

After that, everyone introduced themselves in the grabing-number game. Each new colleague will introduce himself. Other colleagues need to quickly remember their department and name in a short time. After the self introduction, all staff started to grab numbers in turn. Those who grabed the same number needed to quickly say each other's name. Those who did not answer each other's name need to taste "lemon essence". Through the game of self-introduction, everyone became familiar with each other and got to know the partners present, and the ice-breaking journey was completed.

There was also an egg session in the welcome ceremony, where the first quarter birthday employees appeared on the scene to spend the birthday party with their new colleagues. The wonderful videos of the birthday partners were broadcast on the scene, playing the game of spending money to buy cakes and sharing delicious birthday cakes together. The company distributed exquisite birthday gifts to the birthday stars.
