On November 26th, on the occasion of Thanksgiving Day, in order to help new colleagues better understand the company's corporate culture, integrate into the working environment, adapt to their jobs faster, and enhance their sense of belonging and responsibility, Guide Lighting organized a new employee training session and welcome ceremony activity at the headquarter. The girl from the administration department carefully arranged the activity site.

Li Ting from HR Department served as the hostess of the welcome ceremony and welcomes everyone to participate in the welcome ceremony for new employees. The new collegues were divided into three groups: the one group, the Guide group and the pioneer group. Each group elected a leader and each group member introduced themselves and started the ice-breaking journey.

Director Zhu Hui extended a warm welcome to everyone to join the family of Guide Lighting, and hoped that everyone would gather here, grow together and witness together. Director Zhu Hui shared "Into the Guide LIghting", introducing the company's development history, corporate culture, main business, classic project sharing, etc., so that new colleagues have a clear understanding of the company's business and operating model.

In order to help new colleagues understand the company's rules and regulations in details and standardize the process, HR manager Guo Shan explained the company's "Personnel and Administrative Management System" and Chen Xiumei manager of financial department explained the company's "Financial Management System" during the training session.

Every bit of life condenses into thousands of love forces. A casual help, praise and encouragement may become the driving force for others to move forward. At the end of the welcome ceremony for newcomers, the Thanksgiving Day activity egg was wonderfully presented. The old employees shared their growth experience in the company and gave directions to the newcomers. The new staffs wrote on the greeting card the person to whom they would like to be most grateful and to whom they would give the card by hand.
