Zhang Di, a post-90s male who majored in science, joined Guide Lighting in February 2019 and participated in the company's major project, Shandong Zaozhuang City New Town Nightscape  Lighting Enhancing Project in November of the same year, responsible for Jinniuling Mountain, Turtle Mountain lighting construction program customization and project management. He actively communicates with the owner to solve the problems encountered in on-site construction, has a strong sense of responsibility, and is conscientious and faithful to the work. Zaozhuang project has a large volume and a large range of lighting. He knows the construction details of the project very well, and he will follow up the later maintenance to ensure the supremacy of customer service.

Later he also participated in a number of representative projects such as Anhui Wenyi Platinum Center Outdoor Lighting Project and Anhui Changlinhe Ancient Town Nightscape Lighting Project.

On the eve of July 1 this year, the company undertook a package of "July 1" nightscape lighting projects in Shanghai. The project is important and the construction period is tight. With outstanding performance ability, Zhang Di was transferred from the field back to the company's headquarters to support a local project in Shanghai - the Shanghai Wenxiang Road (Chenta Road - Husong Highway) landscape lighting renovation and upgrading project.

Wenxiang road is located in the new town sector of Songjiang District and runs through Songjiang University Town, which is an important landscape corridor of the city.This design and construction, on the basis of the original functional lighting, enhances the night pedestrian landscape, create simple, warm light, through which gives Wenxiang Road leisure, humanistic, ecological temperament, and multi-level landscape space along the street, so as to reflect the charm of Wenxiang Road nightscape. After receiving the "instruction", Zhang Di quickly understood the project design and electrical conditions. After arriving at the project site, he quickly understood the site conditions, stationed on the site to supervise the construction, formulated the installation scheme, led the construction team to start working at 6 a.m. and finish working at midnight every day, so as to ensure the completion time and construction quality.
