Knowing kindness in the heart, being grateful in action, being grateful to be with you, being grateful to have you in Guide Group. On the eve of Thanksgiving Day Party, under the warm and bright sunshine in winter, Guide Group held a "Guider Theme" Thanksgiving Party at the headquarters to express gratitude to staffs and organize a farewell to colleagues who are going to work overseas. 

Thanksgiving’s "Guide" theme activity has three chapters: Pioneer Guider, Warm Guider, and Birthday Happy Guider. 

In the leading part of Pioneer Guider, Chairman Zhu Shangmin delivered an important speech: An individual may walk fast, but a group of people are going further. Guide Group  is a step forward in your life, allowing you to stand on the shoulders of giants to achieve great goals; in the past, present, and future, Guide Group is hoping to provide more people in the digital city, smart light and shadow.  It is a platform for the field to display their talents and realize their ambitions, and this requires all “Guides” to unite, take responsibility, and work hard. Only in this way Guide Group can weave a bigger blueprint, complete one landmark project after another, and smoothly enter the international market. The colleagues going to work overseas this time have shown their responsibility of a Guider and the passion to chase dreams under the current trend of the times. I hope that everyone can keep working hard. Colleagues at home and abroad will work together and stay true to their original aspirations. Guider's lights bright the world and illuminate the global! 

The chairman then thanked every staff for their effort  to the group, and then carried out a flag-giving ceremony, and delivered the banner of the pioneer group to the head of R&D center Qu Longsheng,  who are bringing a group of pioneers to work overseas in next couple of months. 

In the chapter of warm Guider, Qu Longsheng, director of the design and development center, shared the company’s major overseas lighting design projects this year. This is the first time that the overseas lighting technology program video has been released, which uses the current leading products and technologies. The lighting design works that the design and R&D team has spent several months meticulously crafted. These products, designs and technologies will go abroad and overseas, helping the country's "One Belt, One Road" strategy. 
Everyone altogether watched the video of recording their daily work details , played the game of "mind-set" , where was full of joy. 

Year after year, time goes by. The birthday party of Year 2021 is coming as scheduled. This birthday party was initiated by "Guide" Zhu Shangmin and our folks. They sang birthday songs and shared birthday cakes. 

Accompanied by fabulous  music and tempting barbecue, the laughter of the folks rippled in the guide group building. We are all dream-catchers, rushing on the ideal path, wishing that we can constantly move forward while braving the wind and waves and overcoming obstacles.
