Recently, flooding occurred in parts of Longnan, causing serious losses of life and property to the local people. As a representative of the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Gansu Culture and Tourism Enterprise Club, Guide Group always cares about the disaster area. Chairman Zhu Shangmin immediately appointed the Group 's vice president Xu Zhiping to carry with the 100,000 donation heading to Lanzhou, Gansu.

On the afternoon of September 2^rd, the donation ceremony of the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Gansu Cultural Tourism Enterprise Club was held in Lanzhou for the construction of the Baima Mountain Village in Tielou Tibetan Village, Wenxian County, Longnan City. Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism Party Secretary and Director Chen Weizhong attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Provincial Red Cross Party Member and Full-time Vice President Ren Jinquan attended the ceremony and made a statement. Provincial Party Leadership Department and Deputy Director Wan Xuexue presided over the ceremony.

Chen Weizhong said in the ceremony that the government and enterprises can join hands to achieve the effect of "two slaps" with half the effort, regardless of industrial development or flood prevention and disaster relief. Under the emergency deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, a joint force for the entire province to overcome disasters has been formed. This is the "one hand" of the government to check and organize and mobilize, and the "other hand" is entrepreneurs. I believe that the high efficiency and professionalism of entrepreneurs in integrating resources will help the disaster-stricken areas complete the post-disaster reconstruction as soon as possible.

The impact of  covid pandemics has not completely gone this year, and flooding has hit one after another. Although Gansu is not the worst-hit province in the country, Longnan is the worst-hit city and prefecture amount the province, and the Baima Village in Wenxian County is in the most disaster-concentrated area. This is a crucial point in the decisive victory over poverty alleviation, and nature has given the most severe "big trail" to local authorities and enterprises from all walks of life.

Cultural tourism is a sustainable industry. The sustainable industry shall have a beautiful, optimistic, positive and uplifting feeling.
