Huanghua International Airport in Changsha

Project introduction

As the "window" of Hunan, Changsha Huanghua International Airport is the "first stop" for guests at home and abroad to know about Hunan. With the view to welcome the China-Africa economic and Trade Expo, Shanghai Guide Lighting Engineering Co., Ltd. has completely upgraded the night lighting of the airport to create a new image of it and show the spirit of the new Sanxiang-another name of Hunan, as a tribute to the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo.
The nightscape lighting upgrade of Changsha Huanghua International Airport includes T1 and T2 terminals and their road sides, viaducts, three airside concourse of T2 terminal, magnetic levitation airport station, air traffic control towers and other important areas.
For the nightscape lighting, we had considered the architectural features, focused on the artistic effects of regional characteristics and culture, highlighted the key points through a variety of lighting techniques such as wall washing, light projection and lines, and at the same time took into account the normal lighting and thus created a brilliant and beautiful nightscape effect.
